Cafe del Mar Aria is a CD compilation series that combines Chill out music with opera arias, thereby expanding the existing Cafй del Mar series. The Cafй del Mar concept originated from the "sunset bar" with the same name in Sant Antoni de Portmany on the Mediterranean island of Ibiza. Cafй del Mar Aria is produced by Paul Schwartz.

Paul Schwartz is a composer and producer who crosses musical boundarie s. He has sold over 700,000 of his own records world wide, and many millions more through his collaborations with Josh Groban, Carlos Santana and others. He is the creator of two popular series of cds: the ARIA series, and the STATE OF GRACE series. STATE OF GRACE III, his most recent record, was released in November of 2006, and won 4 awards in the NAR Lifestyle awards for 2006, including Album of the Year. He is currently working on an ambient piano/electronica recording, music from which he will be performing live in 2007 - 08. Additionally he has been asked to write an opera by Den Fynske Opera in Odense, Denmark, to be premiered in the 2009 - 10 season.
